Judith Dittmer

Owner and Chairwoman of W Power, LLC, which is involved in the development, construction, ownership and operations of highly efficient, environmentally responsible power generation facilities. Ms. Dittmer is also the Co-Owner of Wellhead Electric, whose primary business is to develop, construct, own and operate independent power generation plants and to invest in related businesses. Ms. Dittmer obtained her BS in Secondary Education from Drake University.

Kara Miles

Owner, President and Chief Executive Officer of W Power, LLC, which is involved in the development, construction, ownership and operations of power generation facilities. Formerly the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wellhead Electric. At Wellhead, Ms. Miles was responsible for overall corporate direction and management of all finance, accounting, human resources, administration, and information technology with key involvement in development and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Wellhead in 1997, she had 15 years municipal and banking experience, including a Vice Presidency of Accounting for the Navy Federal Credit Union in Jacksonville, Florida. Ms. Miles obtained her BS in Accounting from the University of Florida.
